Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using STRESSPHONE ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

STRESSPHONE is a stress relief application that uses motion detection, haptic feedback, and audio to provide a calming experience. The App is intended for personal, non-commercial use.

Subscriptions and Purchases

STRESSPHONE offers optional in-app purchases including:

• StressPhone Pro Monthly Subscription
• StressPhone Pro Yearly Subscription
• StressPhone Pro Lifetime Unlock

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Free trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or networks
• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, audio, and software, are the property of D0X Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Health Disclaimer

STRESSPHONE is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. The App is designed as a general wellness tool. If you have a medical condition, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, D0X Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.

Refunds

All purchases are made through Apple's App Store. Refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their App Store refund policies. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support directly.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Use or is harmful to other users or the App.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
